i was reading de papers that day
and they were debating de topic of schools examinations
and whether they should set de standards of prelims higher then de main examination they are sitting for
it was said that this sure fail papers demoralize de students
but personally i feel setting de prelims at a higher standard is okay
i mean if you wanna do easy papers do de tys
and it kinda prepares them for questions they may not expect in major exams
it is also a major wake up call
rouse them from their complacency
many batches have been products of this system
and there has not been any major outcry
if you really wanna do away with de stresses of school
you just gotta do a major overhaul of de education system
de problem is not so easily resolved by making prelim papers easier
stress comes from many aspects of education system
not only exams
i guess its a byproduct of academic excellence
so whats there we can do
schools do not actually have much autonomy nowadays
now we even wanna rob them of that little freedom in setting papers?
