a wonderful day..went kayaking at changi beach..had plans for three pple to kayak but she din have a membership card so she din get to kayak..me and fel proceeded on to kayak..de sun was very strong initially..but after we settled everything and all put down our stuffs at club..collected our kayaks 181 and 182..took de paddles and life jack..walked to changi beach carrying de damn heavy kayak..seemed to get heavier..haha..lugged it there..den de sky started getting cloudy..we went on to kayak..there was very strong wind..choopy sea and waves were big..so me and fel kayaked back to shore..just as soon as we reached shore..it started raining..know wads de worse thing..it rained at de spot we were kayaking at..after dat..de rain stopped..me and fel waited for de sea to calm down before we launched into de sea..saw bernard and talked to him for a while as he had a class..den we decided to use de trolley to carry back de kayak..which was de smartest thing ever done..kayaks were easily transported back..bathed our darling kayaks..and after clearing de water logged kayaks..we went to bathe..and down to tm we went..went down to seoul garden to have our much needed lunch/dinner..12.70 per person..as soon as we sat down..there were piles and piles of food appearing on de table..really ate till we were damn full..
steps to take at seoul garden...
[one]pay and get seated at de tables of your fave colour
[two]pile your table with food and try to take according to them take de most expensive stuffs which would be prawns and beef..

how to make tomyam soup instead of paying three dollars to change it to a thai tomyam soup base..
ingredients
1.chicken stock
2.prawns
3.red and green chilli with stuffings (according to feli)
4.small scraps of szechuan chicken
5.spring onions
6.ladys finger
7.chilli powder
8.pineapples
9.orange but remove it after a while
10.sotong 'balls' (inside joke)
11.baby corns
12.green chilli with vinegar
13.egg beaten
fisrt..dump all de above 12 ingredients into de pot..den go look around for more food dat would make your tomyam soup more tomyam..next use your itchy fingers to chande de heat from low to medium..den boil all de ingredients till they are soft..(pointers to know if your soup is almost ready: spring onions dat can be used to whack pple must lose this quality and be soft and flaccid..ladys finger which is supposed to be sticky and fibrous to be cooked till it can be bent like a gymnasts body..chilli with stuffing must be cooked till de stufing falls off..chicken to be cooked till it almost has a melt in your mouth feel..prawns must be cooked till they are nice perfect orange..)after this step..let everything come to a boil den add de egg.. and voila..you get TOMYAM SOUP..
for dose who like tomyam cup noodles..take de maggi mee loookalike den put it in a cup and proceed to pour your tomyam soup in..
